Review: The Fox Inheritance

David's Review:

Jenna Fox had thought she destroyed the copies of her friends minds after she discovered they would not obtain bodies of their own. She knew the hell they were going through and thought that by drowning the copies she would grant them peace. 260 years pass and Jenna is still alive, but the story is not hers anymore, it's Locke's.

Without revealing the plot for The Fox Inheritance I will say that it provides the much desired after story to The Adoration of Jenna Fox. Mary E. Peason answered questions such as, whatever happened to Jenna and Allys? Who was the little girl at the end of the book? And was it really the end for Locke and Kara?

The Good
  1. One can connect with the characters in this book.
  2. Psychotic friends that have gone way off the deep end.
  3. More information about what happened while inside the little disc cube.
  4. Futuristic setting that still aren't over bearing (except maybe here and there).
  5. Super sweet "Bot" named Dot, that I absolutely loved.
The Bad
  1. At times I found it difficult to stay focused due to either too much or too little happening.
  2. The self doubt that Locke went through would easily have been overcome had he thought of what was happening and action people were taking. It got a little annoying.
